A painter from the deep and dark woods of the Pacific Northwest, I live to explore different fantasy realms via gouache, oil, and watercolor paintings. I tackle darker subjects and motifs in much of my art, such as regaining control of one’s feminine body and the expression of valid but intense emotions. Drawing inspiration from the brooding atmospheres, long rains, and contemporary fantasy illustrators, my work is full of creatures that slink and shift through dark woods, eerie landscapes, and vibrant spaces.
