Mushroom Sauce - Slime - the violet-blue-green colorway of Mushroom Sauce.
I love the psychedelic mushroom motifs so I drew my own version of it. I drew it for hand, manually with brushstrokes. I made special brushes and painted the color separation on its own layers, simulating the real life printing process. This is all done manually.
It is a fun method and a little hard to predict the outcome on beforehand because you have consider the halftone pattern sizes and the layering of colors.
This includes the simulated paper texture, which prints the background in fake paper colors, adding a vaguely being cast to the artwork as well as an impression of textured surface.

One of my favorite art style for my digital artworks is to simulate real life printing with manually drawing in color channels with my own custom created brushes for the halftone print, to see the color mixing grow right there on screen depending on the size of the dots I use!

This is a gallery-quality giclée art print on 100% cotton rag archival paper, printed with archival inks. Each art print is listed by sheet size. Our 4 inch prints feature a minimum half-inch margin while larger sizes feature a minimum one-inch margin.
