This piece was originally posted as an ArtStation challenge response. San Agustín, an ancient culture, whose existence is only known for relatively small statues found near the wellspring of river Magdalena, Colombia. The particularity of ecuatorial cultures is their lack of monumentalism. I went ahead and understood that as a lack of monumentalism that has been found for now.
