Antoine was born in Paris, France (1977) and grew up in Tokyo, Japan (1984 — 1989), Mexico City (1989 — 1991) and Barcelona, Spain (1992 — 1995). After earning a B.F.A. in Film/Animation/Video from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1999, Antoine's plans to locally initiate a career in the field of animation were derailed by French military service requirements. This unexpected turn of events led first to a move to Beijing, China (1999 — 2000), then to Antoine starting a design career, working as a visual and interaction designer in Dublin, Ireland (2001 — 2002) and Paris, France ...
