Deep in the northern reaches of Lirrin, past the Terrapin Plateau, lies the Bovilith Mountains. The Boviliths are most active during summer; in late fall, they settle into a deep torpor until the spring thaw. However, prospective winter travelers should remain alert, as boviliths have been known to awaken briefly during their slumber to shake the snow off of their coats. Anyone planning to traverse the Boviliths during the winter season should pay mind to the geozoological activity forecast, lest they find themselves buried under several feet of snow.
