The Monkey Knight was happy to return to her place in the Orchid Kingdom after the great battle with the ogres. Though her comrades were important to her, she preferred the steady life of training and teaching. So it was much to her dismay that, as soon as she arrived at the gates, she was assigned as guard for her king's latest treasure hunt. Protecting the Horse King was of course her duty, but now she was responsible for the safety of his new aide as well. Still, she found joy in the quieter parts of adventure; long wordless rides through forests and fields, methodically cleaning and polishing her gear after setting up camp, and training while stormy skies loomed overhead.
