Ryuji, of Furenchi Ramen. 🍜 He started as a humble dishwasher in a noodle restaurant. Though he was small in stature and needed to stand on a stool to reach the counters, he had big dreams of making his own ramen one day. The owner was fond of his tenacity, and took him under his wing to train. One day the owner fell very ill; the restaurant closed for many years, but it was Ryuji who cared for the owner and maintained the restaurant and paid bills working other jobs. After regaining his health, the owner gave his blessing to reopen as Furenchi Ramen, with Ryuji crafting magnificent broths in the kitchen.
Addi Miyako is based in the beautiful Bay Area in Northern California. She draws inspiration from nature, Japanese folklore, and the feminine.
When not creating art, she enjoys singing, traveling, and trying new foods.
