A love letter to my 12 yr old self, who only felt at home standing at the intersection of Magical-Girl-City-Pop and Tomboy-Wolf-Princess 🩷💜🐺 What a strange age to be, caught between girlhood and womanhood, a realm of new possibility opening before you and yet a complete flattening of what you’re allowed to claim as your identity. I wish I could go back to that weird, awkward preteen and tell her you can be so many things at once.
Addi Miyako is based in the beautiful Bay Area in Northern California. She draws inspiration from nature, Japanese folklore, and the feminine.
When not creating art, she enjoys singing, traveling, and trying new foods.
