Tanks and armored vehicles have always been an awe inspiring sight to me. The shapes and detailing are so interesting as an artist. The armament and destructive power a blessing as a veteran. I spent a long time with the armor companies while I was in the military. Getting a chance to ride along on a few occasions during field problems. While deployed they relieved my scout company once a week for a little much needed downtime. I also remember very vividly keeping my head down while they passed my dismounted OP one night just in case they hadn't received word we were out on the route.
